As a Site Quality Coordinator, I ensure that all site activities are carried out in an orderly, compliant, and technically accurate manner – from the preparation phase through to final handover.
The quality of work is built on three key principles:
Communication – Structure – Transparency

-
short, targeted training sessions and briefing meetings for workers to ensure a shared understanding of standards and requirements
-
participation in the improvement and standardization of QM/QS processes
