From documentation to final handover
As a Site Quality Coordinator, I ensure that all site activities are carried out in an orderly, compliant, and technically accurate manner – from the preparation phase through to final handover.

The quality of work is built on three key principles:
Communication – Structure – Transparency

Main responsibilities:

  • professional review of isometrics, technical documentation, and material bases before the start of work

  • structured monitoring of installation and welding activities with clearly defined steps

  • quality assurance through site inspections, control points, and documented process audits

  • quality approval and support during handover both on site and at suppliers

  • clear coordination between project management, technical teams, site operations, QS/QM, and clients

  • short, targeted training sessions and briefing meetings for workers to ensure a shared understanding of standards and requirements

  • participation in the improvement and standardization of QM/QS processes

Advantage for your project:
A structured, transparent, and reliable workflow, reduced risks, and clearer, faster communication among all project stakeholders.
